SHS offers process optimization and failure analysis based on flow simulation for extrusion dies and extruder screws. In doing so, we rely on proven and established CFD solvers and cooperate with external specialists.

Our scope of services ranges from geometry measurement, definition of the simulation boundary conditions, data acquisition in production to analysis of the simulation results.
